從歌詞裡來看，這首歌似乎在敘述兩姊妹感情很好，總是形影不離。有一天，她們其中一個人要離開去追求自己的人生，甚至永遠的離去。

我認為這首歌非常勵志，宗旨是呼籲 每個人:
不要總在盼往、等待、錯過中徘徊。
不要放棄追求夢想的本心，應該為自己的人生不斷努力；不斷奔馳。
並且學習放下(曾經的)過錯與失敗，繼續朝前走下去。
